Qualifications

- Proficient IN SERVICETITAN IS A MUST ALONG WITH the ability to learn new programs,
- Customer service experience demonstrating a positive attitude and pleasant phone demeanor,
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team setting,
- Must have excellent attendance and be prompt and on time,
- Adaptive, flexible and able to adjust to change,
- MUST HAVE knowledge of a service based plumbing business (great for a service Plumber that is looking for a transition role to get into the office)
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident alien,

Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for converting incoming customer calls into booked service calls while simultaneously managing the logistics for all calls from start to finish
- The dispatcher MUST possess strong customer service skills along with genuine empathy for customers * Analyzing the customer’s needs and strategizing the most effective way to meet those needs,
- Professionally communicating the services offered by the company to customers in every interaction; being well versed enough in the operations in order to support each customer,
- Resolving customer service issues with compassion and diplomacy,
- Problem solving and prioritizing work flow,
- Typing grammatically correct emails, estimates and letters,
* Utilizing the internal dispatch program expertly (ServiceTitan)
- Maintaining a constant desire to learn more and do more with the tools at hand,
- Supporting the company with data reporting, spreadsheets and research gathering as needed or requested,
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties and other duties as assigned with competence and courtesy
- The majority of the time will be spent in an office environment with a controlled temperature
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
