Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for digital and analytics services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored digital solutions, including data analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, and digital transformation strategies.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure consistent communication regarding project progress, timelines, and outcomes.
Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital and analytics sector.
- Support the preparation and presentation of proposals to new and existing clients, aligning digital and analytics services with client needs and industry best practices.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to current clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Digital Solution Delivery:
- Leverage technical knowledge in data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, business intelligence tools, and digital transformation strategies to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client specifications.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring digital solutions are implemented on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and technical integrity.
Account Management & Project Oversight:
- Oversee the delivery of digital and analytics services, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and achievement of project goals.
- Track project milestones, manage budgets, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize account performance, providing recommendations for improving client outcomes and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Internal Team Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and digital strategists) to ensure seamless project execution and the effective application of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing business opportunities and market penetration.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service offerings, digital capabilities, and client engagement strategies.
Market Insights and Industry Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging digital solutions, ensuring the company remains competitive and ahead of market needs.
- Leverage knowledge of new digital technologies, data analytics methodologies, and AI tools to offer innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive value.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of direct sales experience or client relationship management, preferably in the digital transformation, analytics, or technology consulting services sector.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing client accounts, and delivering digital solutions in a technical consulting or service environment.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital processes, including data visualization, predictive modeling, and automation strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data management solutions.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Education:
