Intake Attorney

Demidchik Law Firm, PC is seeking an Intake Attorney to join our San Jose office. This is an in-person position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess legal matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake interviews to evaluate potential cases.
• Assist with court appearances as needed.
• Meet with clients, including occasional after-hours meetings and jail visits.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California (Active and in good standing).
• Mandarin Chinese fluency highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and urgent legal matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
