1.1. Book entries to general ledger for completion of financial statements
1.1. Prepare performance dashboards for Sr. Management
1.2. Provide performance data to Operations
1.2. Monitor all inventory variances investigate causes, assure financial records fairly represent actual inventory
1.3. Prepare various cost and gross margin analysis,
1.4. Review supporting documents of journal entries for accuracy
1.5. Review balance sheet and income statement accounts for assigned areas
1.6. Perform inventory account reconciliations
1.7. Review transactions and checks for accuracy
1.8. Research and correct accounting errors
On an annual basis:
1.1. Prepare schedules for annual audit
1.2. Participate in yearend physical inventory
1.3. Prepare absorption and manufacturing variance analysis to include in yearly budget
As required:
1.4. Develop spreadsheets to streamline account review, cost schedules and posting entries
1.5. Maintain the raw material standard prices and impact on margin
1.6. Create routings and roll costs for new items
1.7. Participate in meetings regarding system changes and enhancements
1.8. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed
