Job Responsibilities

  • Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; working with other teams to resolve problems on customer accounts; following up to ensure resolution
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Collect payments and set up payment plans
  • Assist with training new employees

    • Schedule

    40 hours per week

    Monday through Thursday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm & Friday 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm

    Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week

    Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
