Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our internal HRIS. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. In addition to HRIS responsibilities, this role will involve administrative duties to support the operations of the People & Culture (P&C) department along with occasional/semi-frequent support to the IT department.
Essential Functions
HRIS System Expertise (Ceridian Dayforce): Intermediate knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce functionalities, customization, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
System Implementation and Maintenance: Leading upgrades, managing configurations, and integrating systems (API, data loads).
User Management and Support: Creating accounts, conducting audits, and providing support for system access and functionality.
Training and Development: Designing and delivering training, developing user guides, and ensuring system utilization.
Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports, data analysis with Dayforce, Tableau, or Power BI, and driving People & Culture strategy.
Onboarding and Integration: Managing onboarding, streamlining workflows, and ensuring data integrity during integration.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Escalating and resolving system issues, consulting end-users, and troubleshooting data problems.
Project Management: Coordinating HRIS projects, tracking milestones, and supporting implementations.
Relationship Management: Building relationships with P&C leadership and stakeholders and providing regular reporting and analytics.
Continuous Improvement: Executing data updates, identifying trends, and enhancing HR processes.
Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through audits and actionable insights.
Education :
High School diploma, Bachelor of Information Technology preferred
Experience :
5 plus years of experience in HRIS configuration, implementation, and maintenance, and other HRIS-related activities.
Computer Skills :
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, MS Office Suite, SQL, XML, Power BI is required. MS Office, Windows, Tableau, and other applications preferred.
