CAD/CAM Dental Lab Technician – High-End Lab Setting:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled CAD/CAM Dental Lab Technician to join our state-of-the-art dental laboratory. This full-time position is ideal for a technician experienced in digital design and fabrication of dental restorations. The role involves creating precise and aesthetically driven restorations using CAD/CAM software, as well as managing the end-to-end digital workflow. Candidates with a passion for digital dentistry and a strong understanding of materials, occlusion, and esthetics are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $18 to $40 per hour (equivalent to $37,440 – $83,200 annually).

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CAD/CAM dental design.
- Proficiency in 3Shape, Exocad, and/or Dental Wings software.
- Familiarity with milling machines, 3D printers, and scanners.
- CDT certification in CAD/CAM or Dental Technology preferred. A degree or formal training in Digital Dentistry or a related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design crowns, bridges, full-arch prosthetics, implant restorations, and dentures using CAD software.
- Prepare digital models for milling, 3D printing, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure restorations meet functional and esthetic expectations based on the doctor's specifications.
- Collaborate with internal team members and clinicians to optimize fit, function, and workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot design and fabrication issues to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency while working on multiple cases. Stay current with advancements in dental CAD/CAM software, materials (zirconia, e.max, PMMA, etc.), and digital lab techniques.
