This is a newly created position, and we’re excited to find someone who can make it their own—bringing responsibility, structure, and warmth to every patient and family interaction.
About the Role
As the Coordinator of Patient Care, you will be the welcoming face and steady presence that ensures each patient and their family feels supported from the first point of contact through their ongoing care. You will also play a key role in streamlining communications, scheduling, and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position bridges the front office and clinical team, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the dental team to ensure smooth communication and an exceptional patient experience.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups with attention to both detail and tone.
- Navigate conversations involving sensitive topics (treatment concerns, financial arrangements, scheduling challenges) with poise and understanding.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and support ongoing quality improvements in service delivery.
- Provide administrative support as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or child-centered environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of working in roles requiring discretion, empathy, and/or professional communication.
- Proficiency in practice management software and/or CRM tools is helpful but not required.
- No experience in dentistry required. We can provide any support and training that is dental-specific. Any previous work experience supporting the qualities and skills listed above will be considered.

Our office is open 4 weekdays per week. Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. This position begins at about 7:15am and ends about 4:40pm each day and there is a one hour lunch break.
