Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator - Gastonia

We are seeking a Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator who has experience in the following areas:

  • Dental office experience
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Has a positive attitude and willingness to help others
  • Greeting patients
  • Collecting payment
  • Verifying patient insurance and financial information
  • Answering high-volume phones
  • Experience with Dentrix software
  • Experience creating and maintaining a clinical schedule
  • Computer functions (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Ability to operate office machinery to fax, photocopy, scan, and handle multi-line phone system
  • Patient communication as related to appointments, insurance, treatment plans, questions, finances & HIPAA privacy act
  • Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Leads by example
  • Possesses high school diploma

We are seeking experienced Front Desk/Administrative employees who are dependable, organized, and professional. We desire employees who efficiently and effectively solve problems and facilitate teamwork through example. We strive to create a working environment that is healthy and productive for all.


This position is full-time Monday-Thursday with select Fridays. Compensation is based upon experience; and, a competitive benefits package is included with offer of employment.
