What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer/Insurance Coordinator- Front office position at DentPro Colors, Inc.?
This position requires excellent customer service skills and a friendly voice, along with an ability to multi task. Our office can stay fairly busy with vendors, sales people, customers and estimates. We are looking for help greeting, checking in parts and customers among other tasks.
We use Quick Books for basic tasks, among relying heavily on using CCC one management and estimating system and knowing this system or being able to train using this is something that will be needed. It is very user friendly and professional training is offered through the company.
An ability to assist owners in office and insurance tasks such as:
Following up with insurance adjusters and companies on payments and approvals
Prepare and print documents for authorizations and intake and post repairs.
Record check processing in Quick Books. Knowledge of basic Quick Books is a huge plus!
Must have excellent communication and customer centric skills.

Hours: Flexible full time 35-37 hours typical per week offered depending on work load and preference. 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
