We are looking to add an Associate Director, Out of Home to work on one of our stellar portfolio brands. You will work with a supportive team of people who are invested in providing you with opportunities to grow in your leadership capabilities and to continue building your skill set. You will report to the VP, OOH on the team. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, NY. As the Associate Director, OOH, you will manage two junior team members and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to in the day-to-day management of the account to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Delegate and manage daily responsibilities of two junior team members
- Work alongside your team and other internal teams to develop unique, experiential campaigns for the brand's niche target market
- Create Media RFPs and RAP reports
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Create presentations and answer client questions backed by research and data
- Educate clients on US market knowledge and trends as well as staying abreast of the client's industry- specific challenges
- Identify opportunities to grow client business and revenue
Qualifications:
- 7 years industry experience with 3 years experience as the Senior Manager/ Supervisor OOH
- Understanding of and experience executing both traditional and digital media buys
- Experience creating experiential and/ or unique campaigns vs routine buys
- 1 year experience managing 1 junior team members
- Understanding of cross- channel media & experience collaborating with other teams internally to ensure best outcomes for clients
- Familiarity with GeoPath software
- Thorough understanding of market trends and best practices in the United States to educate clients outside the US
- Experience working on a luxury brand. Luxury fashion is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
The anticipated salary range for this position is 68K- 110K. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
