What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin-Front Desk Receptionist position at Denver Contracting?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin/Front Desk Receptionist to assist with daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests via email or phone
- Develop pricing for customers when requested
- Maintain schedule for projects
- Assist with scheduling, managing quotes/installs, and coordinating installs
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a Monday-Friday in the office position as we do not do any remote work.
