Position Title: Director of Homelessness Resolution - Onsite
Reports to: Sr. Director of Homelessness Resolution
Job Classification: Full-time; Exempt
Salary Range: $72,600 - $96,800

The Opportunity:
The Director of Homelessness Resolution will report to the Senior Director of Homelessness Resolution and is responsible for overseeing the Onsite (HRT) Teams focusing on rehousing strategies and client centered interventions. The Director of Onsite Homelessness Resolution is responsible for the general training of all (HRT) Case Managers as well as directing the Budgets/spending, contracts, outcomes and staffing of the Onsite HRT Case management teams.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making recommendations and implementing changes to service delivery and programs with the primary goal of housing for individuals being served.
- Ensure that programs remain in compliance with existing contracts and government regulations and requirements.
- In partnership with the VP of Operations, ensure that the SCRIBE database and HMIS database are operating in full support of DRM’s admissions, case-planning, reporting and outcome reporting.
- In partnership with the VP of Development and their staff support their efforts to keep apprised of program-related changes, news, outcomes, and stories to support their ongoing efforts.
- In cooperation with Development and the CPO, work to pursue and manage government grants, contracts and other funding.
- Manage the staff experience: hiring, onboarding, training, managing, performance, conflict, payroll, time off, etc.
- Maintain the relationships necessary to ensure DRM’s case management efforts reflect a real-time understanding of broader re-housing efforts, availability, requirements, etc.
- Manage Budgets, Reporting and Invoicing for Teams under the Director of Homelessness Resolution (DOHR) purview.
- Work closely with Directors on other DRM teams to ensure Continuity of Care within the internal DRM system.
- Develop and execute Onboarding Training for Onsite and Mobile Homelessness Resolution Teams including ongoing Refresher Trainings as well as Basic Case management professional development training.
- Conduct scheduled audits to identify and provide directions to managers regarding their team’s use of HMIS/Scribe, 22 Things, Case Plans, etc. bringing attention to areas of weakness as well as direction in training needed to provide to their direct reports.
- Be prepared to submit assessments and outcome reports to both internal and external partners.
- Provide directions to teams on Voucher process.
- Other job-related duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher-level degree in Human Services or the equivalent work experience required, Master’s degree in a Human Services field preferred.
- 1 years of experience leading teams, with a preference for multi-site team management.
- 3 years of direct engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness and identifying barriers to housing.
- Ability to create new workflows and processes for unique and systematized client engagement.
- Understanding of organizational project management, people management, and administrative skills.
- Experience in databases that support program management.
- Demonstrated financial, organizational, project management, people management, and administrative skills are essential and expected.
- Must be a strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse work teams and developing strategy for program excellence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and other systems used by DRM.
- Active Driver’s License and ability to travel to Mission facilities, and meetings, events, conferences, training, and other work-related functions. Travel may include traveling within and outside of Colorado and overnight.
- Ability to respond during and outside of normal working hours.
