Requirements and Qualifications
- Security clearance: Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Education: No positive education requirement
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of satisfactory performance at a pay grade of at least a GS-13 (or equivalent)
- Joint Duty Credit: Qualifying experience under IC Directive 601
- Technical qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability in applying transformation principles, techniques, methods, processes, and technology to improve operations and manage programs
- Working knowledge of security programs, including organizations, existing regulatory guidance, operational procedures, and private sector security methodology
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex policy and compliance activities and provide advice/consultation for enterprise level objectives
- Work experience that qualifies for joint duty certification under IC Directive 601
