Job Summary
The Senior Advisor for Federal Investigative Records Enterprise will be responsible for overseeing the standardization of background investigation record information. This includes ensuring that source, collection, format, reliability, access, and retention are implemented to improve quality and decision making.
This role will also oversee the operational implementation of centralized record collection to ensure that ingestion and processing of record data is processed utilizing necessary methods to meet national investigative standards and improve cost, schedule, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security programs, including organizations, existing regulatory guidance, operational procedures, and private sector security methodology. They will also have demonstrated ability to lead complex policy and compliance activities and provide advice/consultation for enterprise level objectives.
Additionally, this position requires work experience that qualifies for joint duty certification under IC Directive 601. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading integration of automated records into the investigative process and evaluating staff reports.
