What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST position at Department of Financial Protection and Innovation?
Under the general direction of the Employee Relations Manager, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for performing personnel management analytical work of complex difficulty in the areas of Employee Discipline. The AGPA will provide advice and technical guidance to managers and supervisors regarding personnel issues, personnel policy, employee performance management, progressive discipline and non-punitive actions.

Working Conditions
The Sacramento office will be relocating from our current Arena Blvd. location to the brand new state-of-the-art May Lee State Office Complex in Sacramento's River District by Spring of 2025.
