Business Operations Manager - Department of The Navy
This critical position plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the department, encompassing contract management, financial health, work year estimates, business metrics, facilities, and administrative matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise department staff as assigned by the Department Head, optimizing team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Department to implement strategic goals and broad area actions, aligning efforts towards shared objectives.
- Make informed decisions and exercise managerial authority for programs/functions with significant impact across the activity, Navy, and the Department of Defense.
- Engage with NUWCDIVNPT organizations to address business matters, fostering cooperation and open communication.
- Provide expert guidance on the Division's mission and resource allocation, supporting the achievement of Division goals.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold US Citizenship and satisfy eligibility criteria for federal employment.

Required Skills and Experience:
