PROGRAM MANAGER

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-05 (equivalent to GS-12 / GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Managing and supporting teams to achieve program technical, cost and schedule objectives. 2) Developing and coordinating all required program acquisition documentation and briefings, while ensuring all program requirements and milestones were communicated and coordinated with program leadership. 3) Interfacing with Resource Sponsors in developing and defending requirements and program budgets. 4) Promulgating detailed program budgets with internal and external stakeholders through the PPBE process. 5) Analyzing needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site : Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
