What You Bring
- Experience as a receptionist with multi-line phone system.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn industry-specific software quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
