Position
As a Healthcare Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Support office staff with additional duties as needed.
- Office hours are M-F 8am-5pm
- Experience as a receptionist with multi-line phone system.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in medical administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn industry-specific software quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
