Your Role
- Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient conditions.
- Support patients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with range of motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active CNA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
