Your Role and Impact
As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that prioritizes comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments to alleviate symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and nausea.
- Support and educate families on end-of-life care, advance directives, and coping strategies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure patient needs are met around the clock.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation while upholding the highest standards of hospice care.
What You Bring
- A valid RN or LPN license (required).
- At least 1 year of hospice or palliative care experience (required).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A true commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
Educational Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (for RN) or an LPN license.
