Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Grapple Saw Operator Operator to join our tree trimming team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a vehicle mounted grapple saw to cut materials according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Grapple Saw
• Read and interpret work orders, and specifications to determine cutting requirements.
• Monitor the quality of cuts and make adjustments as necessary to ensure precision.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating grapple saws
• CDL A desired
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in measurements and cuts.
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Physical stamina and strength for lifting materials and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.11 - $26.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
