We have a tremendous opportunity available for a HRIS Analyst that is responsible for the
maintaining, enhancing, and supporting corporate applications within the organization. This role
also serves as a key technical liaison between the business users and software vendors, ensuring
that the business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and the
projects and/or deliverables are successful. The successful HRIS Analyst will be an expert in ADP WFN, with exposure to Dayforce applications/modules, all the while having the roll-up your sleeve attitude to ensure daily changes are captured as aligned with department SLAs.
Yearly Salary: 75,000 - 85,000
Hybrid in office 2 days per week. Office is located in the Channelside area of Tampa, FL. Only candidates who meet the qualifications of the role and are in the Tampa Bay area will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day data integrity in our ADP WFN system, which includes daily maintenance, user support, configuration, and reporting.
- Assist business users in understanding technical details of the system.
- Address email inquiries to the HRIS email box and resolve actionable items and/or issues within the established SLA targets.
- In partnership with the Director, will serve as the primary point of contact between the business users/end users of the system, software vendors and help translate needs of the business into actionable items for our internal and external key stakeholders.
- Monitor the system for failures and errors in performance. Update and maintain documentation for daily scheduled tasks and error reporting. Refer more complex issues to the appropriate technical area and monitor completion of resolution.
- Collaborate and work in partnership with the Director, with existing and prospective software vendors to understand their offerings and ensure their solutions align with the companys technical framework.
- Partners and supports the end-to-end testing to verify that new applications and enhancements to the system will meet business requirements and function as intended within the companys environment.
- Assists with developing and maintaining user guides and process documentation for tasks and processes for ADP WFN.

Experience Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ADP WFN and BI reporting, looking for 3 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting integrations, querying databases, etc.
- Experience with backlog management, and work prioritization.
- Familiarity with corporate applications in an enterprise environment
- Previous experience as a technical liaison in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability analyze information, identify problems, and solve problems using effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong level of detail and the highest levels of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and work with a diverse team and build strong working relationships with team members.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring ability to actively participate in the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment and change management.
- Experience with ADP WFN products
- High energy, and a true-self starter willing to take initiative
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Advanced MS Excel required.
