We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Systems and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our HR systems and data analytics capabilities.
Position Overview :
The HRIS Reporting Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and go-to person for all HR system-related functions. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring the system meets the needs, requirements, and objectives of the business. Your role will include managing the back-end maintenance and configuration of the HRIS, assisting with the implementation of system capabilities, and supporting the HR team with reporting and system troubleshooting. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key people-related metrics while handling ad-hoc reporting requests.
This role requires frequent collaboration with HR staff, including Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners, as well as cross-departmental collaboration with Finance and IT teams to ensure necessary requirements and reporting needs are met.
Key Responsibilities :
HRIS Management and Optimization :
- Maintain and configure the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the HR department.
- Assess the current system and utilization, recommending improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine short- and long-term HRIS objectives, and develop plans for system modifications, updates, and customizations.
- Program custom functions, automated queries, filters, macros, and reports to improve system functionality and reporting capabilities
