What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Theater Office Assistant position at Depot Theater, Inc?
Responsibilities
- This individual is responsible for the daily operations of the Depot Theater including:
- Recruiting-coordinating and retaining volunteers for all shows
- The sales of tickets
- Business operations
- Maintaining office equipment
- Securing/maintaining all licensure and safety requirements of the theater
- This person would also work to promote venue rental of the theater and homestead to community events
- Assist the Administrator in any production or other necessary function of the theater
The position is from 9:00am to 1:00pm Monday-Friday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Morning shift
