Seeking a seasoned SAP Product Manager to oversee the consolidation of 6 SAP centers (S/4HANA, ECC).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale, complex technical projects, particularly in the realm of enterprise resource planning SAP (ERP) systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Deep understanding of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC).
- Experience with SAP system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance for ERP solutions during all project phases.
- Familiarity with modern technologies like APIs, microservices, and cloud-native ERP solutions.
- Mastery of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred (PRINCE2, SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives, technical teams, and external partners.
