SAP Technical Product Manager

Seeking a seasoned SAP Product Manager to oversee the consolidation of 6 SAP centers (S/4HANA, ECC).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale, complex technical projects, particularly in the realm of enterprise resource planning SAP (ERP) systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones.
• Deep understanding of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Experience with SAP system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance for ERP solutions during all project phases.
• Familiarity with modern technologies like APIs, microservices, and cloud-native ERP solutions.
• Mastery of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred (PRINCE2, SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives, technical teams, and external partners.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors and negotiating service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Hands-on experience in organizational change management, including user adoption strategies for new ERP systems.
• Ability to design and execute training programs tailored to diverse user groups.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance, and industry-specific standards.
• Ability to ensure that SAP implementations align with both local and global regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent expertise in IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with data governance, analytics, and reporting tools integrated with ERP systems.
• Experience in industries with complex regulatory or operational needs (manufacturing, healthcare, finance).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
