Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule patient appointments following established protocols to optimize provider schedules.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with clarity and compassion.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and medical staff.
- Verify and process medical insurance information.
- Assist with patient registration, including obtaining necessary forms and entering demographic/payment details.
- Perform general office tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
- Uphold the practice’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
