Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on cash handling, inventory management, and retail sales techniques.
- Maintain an organized inventory system, monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by modeling excellent interpersonal skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or wireless sales environment is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage consumer relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail sales strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
