Starting salary: $74,699 – $87,882
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The starting salary range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Job Summary
Coordinate the district-wide planning, development, and implementation of a variety of college recruitment programs, systems, and events designed to increase connections with prospective and enrolling students. Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a functional recruitment model for enrollment support in the DMACC district. Coordinate the utilization of CRM Recruit to contribute to the institutional enrollment management strategies. Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance utilization of software applications and student information systems.

Essential Functions
Coordinate the district-wide planning, development, implementation, and utilization of a variety of college programs, interventions, and events designed to maximize recruitment efforts and student engagement. Develop measurable recruitment strategies and action plans for support of enrollment growth and student events. Monitor prospective students’ progression toward admission and utilize various strategies/tools to address engagement for program enrollment.

Use CRM Recruit to develop and implement mechanisms that support college initiatives and track enrollment goals, enabling informed decisions on enrollment and engagement. Collaborate with CRM Specialist to monitor the system, develop dashboards and reports to track enrollment goals and utilize system solutions to communicate with student population. Communicate findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders across campus.

Provide leadership in the development and maintenance of an enrollment support model in connection with recruitment and admissions staff, and student services specialists in the DMACC district. Work collaboratively with faculty, instructional administrators and other student services staff to ensure success of the college’s proactive, guided pathways recruitment model and in the delivery of enrollment services to students.

Develop and deploy recruitment initiatives utilizing CRM Recruit. Conduct training sessions for professional staff and faculty on the use of CRM Recruit, including but not limited to conducting proactive and reactive student outreach to maximize enrollment efforts.

Supervise departmental staff, recommend personnel actions related to hiring, compensation, performance evaluations, training, leaves, discipline, grievances, work schedules and assignments, administers personnel and related policies and procedures per the collective bargaining agreements and the EEO/AA plan.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and three years experience working in higher education in a student services, student recruitment, or related position utilizing a student information system.
Experience coordinating events and providing marketing support.
Experience with the development and implementation of student recruitment or student engagement strategies.
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time.
Demonstrated ability to present information to audiences through training, presentation, teaching, or public speaking.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals from varied backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in higher education, Business/Marketing or a related discipline.
Event and marketing support for a multi-location organization.
Experience in multi-campus community college setting.
Experience with Ellucian Banner student information system.
Experience with CRM Recruit or other related system.
