We are seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Sales Consultant and Laser Technician/Aesthetician to join our growing team. Who You Are:
- You have a proven track record of high-ticket sales with integrity, ensuring clients receive the best recommendations for their needs (minimum 2 years of experience required).
- You are excited to grow a practice and work directly with ownership to drive business growth in an ethical and results-driven way.
- You have a proven track record of successfully expanding and scaling a medspa.
- You are confident in presenting high-value aesthetic services and overcoming objections in consultations with honesty and transparency.
- You are comfortable with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
- You enjoy lead generation, client follow-up, and strategizing new ways to increase revenue while maintaining a high level of client trust.
- You love planning and hosting events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive business.
- You are experienced in weight loss/body contouring and aesthetic laser treatments.
- You are an action taker! You take initiative to handle new challenges. You’re self-driven and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-converting sales consultations, ensuring clients feel empowered in their decisions.
- Perform cryo-sculpting, body contouring, and aesthetic laser treatments with confidence and precision (training provided).
- Develop client relationships and follow up consistently to drive retention and upsells, focusing on long-term client satisfaction.
- Actively call previous clients to promote new services in a way that aligns with their goals and needs.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and overall treatment success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong professional appearance and represent the brand with confidence and credibility.
- Work closely with ownership and leadership to find efficient ways to expand the practice.
- Ensure all KPIs and sales metrics are consistently met while prioritizing high quality client care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable with presenting and closing high-dollar services with confidence and integrity.
- Experience in generating business-building ideas, events, and promotions.
- Confidence in lead follow-up and client outreach while maintaining trust-based relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and conversion techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to build client relationships and trust.
- Strong sense of urgency, time management, and productivity.
- Critical thinking skills to create custom solutions for clients to complete the sale ethically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.
- Social media presence is a plus!
Credentials Required:
- Arizona Laser Technician License
- Arizona Aesthetician License
Compensation & Perks:
- $60,000 - $90,000 per year (additional compensation for bringing in new clients).
- Paid time off, free treatments, other employee discounts, referral incentives.
- Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month (weekends as needed).
- In-person position in Arizona.
