The EPMO Manager is responsible for oversight of the Project Management function enterprise-wide, including people, processes and systems. The EPMO Leader works cross-functionally with other departments and leaders to define, prioritize and direct projects within the portfolio. Ensure that program and projects meet organizational goals, objectives and success criteria.
Projects typically involve the set-up, configuration, testing and implementation of network, hardware and/or software assets in support of financial institution clients. The information technology environment may be deployed on-premise, hosted or cloud and project management activities frequently involve orchestrating internal and 3rd party resources.
What you will do here:
Lead and supervise the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to ensure the appropriate, skilled resources are in place to meet project needs. Manage staff performance, including mentoring, developing, and supporting the staff. Exemplify good leadership hygiene, including ongoing one on ones, individual development plans, goal setting and active performance management.
Ensure that EPMO process, templates and systems are maintained and continuously improved. Ensure ongoing project and portfolio reporting of key indicators. Monitor and inspect PM performance and adherence to EPMO process and systems. Provide project status reports and resource forecasting to senior leadership and for select key clients.

What you will need:
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
10 years of experience required for this role: Project management, leading major software solution implementations. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple medium-large complexity projects at once with minimal oversight required.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of staff and management required.
Demonstrated capability and confidence in leading medium-large sized meetings required.
Attention to detail and ability to work across functions required.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within time constraints required.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills required.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills required.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies preferred.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, Project, SharePoint, and Visio); required.
Experience with Project Portfolio, Work and Resource Management tools preferred.
(PPM) and ITIL Foundations preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
PMP certification required.
