Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
  • Support human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee training development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office management and personnel files.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on best practices for office procedures.
  • Manage phone systems to ensure clear communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports using QuickBooks.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance with regulations.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in office management practices and administrative support functions.
  • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of training development methodologies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in supervising staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Competence in using phone systems for effective communication within the organization.
  • Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial tracking and reporting using QuickBooks.
