Desert Valley Medical Group, Part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking Nocturnal Hospitalists to join our dedicated team in Victorville, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Position Details:

• 12-hour shifts: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 10-13 admissions per shift- Must be able to work with Residents
• Open ICU coverage with responsibility for ER admissions and floor coverage
• Procedures required (e.g., intubation, central lines, arterial lines, and paracentesis)
• Competitive salary range: $250,000 – $275,000

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license
• Ability to perform critical care procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in a hospitalist or ICU setting preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000-275,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
