The Administrative Assistant position reports directly to the Branch Manager. This role performs routine clerical, invoicing, and administrative duties in an office environment. Light accounting and record-keeping responsibilities are also required.
Job Responsibilities:

Scan and upload completed service job files.

Operate standard office equipment.

Assist with invoicing and collections.

Perform general data entry for accounting purposes.

Check and verify job files, timesheets, and service tickets for accuracy.

Communicate effectively via phone and email with the accounting department, Deshazo customers, and executives.

Assist the Branch Manager, Salespeople, and Technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
