Fine Dining Host/Hostess

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team in a Fine Dining restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. The Host/Host will manage reservations, greet guests, and maintain an efficient flow of seating.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with seating options.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the restaurant's POS system.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
• Address any guest concerns promptly and courteously to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.
