Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in QuickBooks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office procedures, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidate would ideally be a long-term part of this company.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping.
- Answering phones / office reception.
- Interacting with clients / subcontractors / suppliers.
- Insurance tracking.
- Receiving / sorting / paying subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Assisting with client invoicing, subcontractor contracts, and purchase orders.
- Assisting with material selection and interior design.
- Run errands as needed.
- Misc. day to day office tasks.
- Vehicle maintenance tracking & DOT tracking.
- Office cleaning as needed.

Requirements
- Microsoft Office and general computer skills, including typing skills.
- QuickBooks or similar experience.
- Must be able to be a team player and work well with others.
- Have a good base of knowledge and skill with writing / composing emails with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Good organization / consistency.
- Basic math skills.
- The ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Friendly professionalism and good communication skills.
- Driver’s License and vehicle required.
- Knowledge in Builder Trend and payroll software are a great bonus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
