We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper and office administrator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and focused.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk and general office duties, answering phones
- Interaction with clients in person and by phone
- Bookkeeping to include bank/credit card reconciliations, understanding of transaction categorization, debits and credits for multiple clients
- Payroll processing for multiple clients
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping with at least 2 years experience
- Strong communication skills working with clients and co-workers
- Friendly and personable
- Strong attention to detail
- Can multi-task and keep work organized
- Eager to learn and adapt
Proficiencies:
- Quickbooks Desktop and Online
- Microsoft Suite Excel/Word/Outlook
- Basic office equipment
Physical work setting:
- Office
- Monday to Friday
