Design Works Landscaping is hiring a Hardscape Project Manager to lead our talented crews on over $1 million in high-end residential and commercial hardscape projects throughout southern NH and northern MA.

What You’ll Do:
Manage hardscape and excavation projects from start to finish
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Visit job sites daily to ensure quality and progress
Jump in when needed to guide or assist field teams
Mentor and lead crew members with professionalism
Assist with equipment oversight and repairs
Contribute to our commercial snow operations (if experienced)
✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:
5 years of project management experience (construction, hardscape, or landscape)
Strong field knowledge of grading, drainage, and construction equipment
Proven ability to lead crews and manage job sites with confidence
Experience reading plans, scopes, and managing budgets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, calm under pressure
A team-first mindset — respectful, dependable, and honest
Tech-savvy enough to navigate apps, emails, and project tools
