What You’ll Do
As a Jewelry Sales Professional at Designs by Aaron, your role will involve:
- Building Relationships: Regularly engage with clients in person, over the phone, via email, and on social media to foster lasting connections.
- Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Be the first friendly face our clients see, helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
- Consulting Clients: Work with customers to understand their needs, budgets, and preferences, educating them on the right products and designs.
- Showcasing Expertise: Deliver professional product presentations and provide top-notch service while continuously expanding your jewelry knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Support the team in managing social media, website updates, and keeping the store environment friendly and dynamic.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in high-end or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service background and proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week between Tuesday and Saturday (some flexibility may be available).
- A background check may be required.
Store Hours
- Tuesday to Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
(Note: Hours may change seasonally, with extended hours during holidays and occasional special events outside of normal business hours.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
