We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our partner hospital team as a Regional Medical Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director include:
- Overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for patient care
- Providing clinical guidance to veterinarians and staff
- Ensuring the quality of patient care
- Recruiting and retaining top veterinary talent
- Managing the budget for the medical department
Qualifications for the Regional Medical Director include:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
