Job Title: Office Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functioning, enhancing workplace efficiency, and providing administrative support to teams and leadership. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the office environment remains a productive and organized space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventories to ensure all resources are adequately stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules and calendars, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance are properly maintained, liaising with vendors as needed.
- Assist in HR-related activities, including onboarding, employee inquiries, and maintaining office policies.
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure office expenditures are within budget.
- Support company events, meetings, and team-building activities as required.
- Implement office procedures, policies, and best practices to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and office equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial management (budgeting, invoicing, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
