Position details:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resource Manager who is a motivated, team player and interested in working in a fast-paced department and growing with our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation, and development of the Agency employees. Acts as an advocate for organization personnel and collaborates with other Directors in Human Resources issues.
Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability
· Manages all daily human resources operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of human resource, and operational policies.
· Ensures compliance with the State, Federal, and Joint Commission, Operational and human resources regulatory requirements.
· procedures are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Prepare and present all offer letters and change of status documentation in collaboration with Executive leadership.
· Oversees benefits administration and annual open enrollment periods. Annually monitors personnel satisfaction with benefits and work environment and submit reports to the Board and upper leadership per organization practice/policy.
· Maintains confidentiality of all employee information and files.
· Performs other related, additional duties, and responsibilities as deemed necessary
· Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in the preparation of the annual budget for the human resources department and monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
· Oversees and participates in all employee relations matters in accordance with state and federal laws and guidelines. Conducts investigation in coordination with Executive Director / Administrator to determine outcomes and appropriate action to be taken.
· Recruits, selects, and directly manages members of the Human Resources team.

Qualifications
- Bachelors required in Human Resource Healthcare or related
- Human Resource Experience in Health Care Setting, or related field or equivalent experience, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- At least three years of experience in health care management preferably in home care operations.
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations relating to employment and
- employee education, and organization’s practice.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.Job Type:

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, occasional Saturday may be required
