Job Overview:
We are seeking a desk office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a regular basis using Paychex or Ceridian software
- Manage and maintain accurate payroll records
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure payroll transactions are recorded correctly
- Analyze payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Handle accounts payable related to payroll
- Input and maintain employee data in HRIS system
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll management and processing
- Strong understanding of financial software and accounting principles
- Knowledge of HRIS systems for employee data management
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Proficient in account reconciliation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Paychex or Ceridian payroll systems
