Job Summary:
This employee is responsible for managing customer orders/customer service along with production scheduling for the plant.
Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze validation reports for EDI/Order Entry and address any issues like revision changes, price discrepancies, and orders with short lead times.
· Manually input customer orders accurately and manage customer portals, ensuring smooth communication.
· Create, maintain, and verify the Master Schedule, cooperating with the Demand Analyst to validate forecasts and prioritize scheduling to meet sales demands.
· Develop and maintain a Capacity Requirements Plan, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve material plan issues and ensure adherence to the Master Schedule.
· Establish formal review processes, analyze demand data for scheduling improvements, and effectively communicate schedule metrics and exceptions while resolving any operational issues and ensuring regulatory compliance for a safe work environment.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications (Required)
- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
- Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications (Preferred):
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (all locations)
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
Physical Requirements of the Job:
· Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
· Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
· Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
· Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
· Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
