Responsibilities:
Must have GW ACE or Associate certification for this position.
Must have Configuration PolicyCenter, Integration PolicyCenter
- The Guidewire Developer will design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate complete software for technical areas of the Guidewire Policy Center.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with Guidewire products including Policy Center and have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in configuration and coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance domain required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center (preferably GW Cloud).
- In-Depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies.
- Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification(ACE)
- Hands on experience in Dwelling LOB
- Guidewire Cloud Experience
- Hands on experience in Advanced Product Designer
- Apply GW coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to deliver solutions.
- Solid skills in TeamCity/Bitbucket/qtest
- Extensive experience in Configurations (Gosu, PCF, Data model, Guidewire best practices , Gunit)
- Work experience in a collaborative team environment and SAFe Agile/Scrum knowledge
Qualification:
- Must have extensive implementation experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 and above.
- 8 years of Guidewire product experience, specifically in PolicyCenter.
- Proven experience in guiding/leading system modernizations/transformations at large insurance carriers.
- Guidewire professional or associate certification is must
- Extensive experience in Guidewire related configuration/Integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
