Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program strategies to support individuals with disabilities.
- Educate staff and community members on relevant medical terminology and best practices.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively.
- Oversee data collection efforts to assess program outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- Provide training and support for staff working directly with clients.
Experience
- A background in social work, nursing, or addiction counseling is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Medicare processes is a plus.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to educate diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in data collection and analysis related to program performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
