The Inter Territorial Coordinator’s objective is to process inter territorial ship-out requests for multiple Dex branches for the ITT Dealer Group. This position requires a highly organized and independent coordinator with the ability to multitask and quickly identify potential issues and resolutions efficiently in a timely manner. This position works as a team member with the ITT Dealer group to service multiple departments within Dex and the Dealer community.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provides effective communication with the Dex sales teams for required documentation.
· Delivers top customer service to build relationships with existing and new dealers.
· Negotiates rates with 3rd party dealers.
· Assists with researching and analyzing relocations and ship out packages from the warehouse to the delivery location.
· Supports all Dex departments with timely and accurate responses to the appropriate sales team, warehouse, admin, dealers and other departments as needed.
· Assists with escalations and shipping discrepancies.
· Manages and utilizes spreadsheets, lists and references to complete tasks.
· Reports to the ITT dealer group as needed for projects and new acquisitions.
· Assists with the ITT conversion; create and send out cancellation letters to dealers and notify appropriate departments.
· Reports progress, operational issues, organizational opportunities and threats to the regional team on a daily basis or as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
· High school diploma required and at least 1 year of related experience.
· Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Excel.
· Delivers top customer service to build relationships with existing and new dealers.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Able to work independently and as a productive team member.
