The ideal candidate will have experience with network communication, PC architecture, and application support. They will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple connections to stores and equipment, prioritizing repairs, and identifying solutions to resolve issues quickly.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to stores, including hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage simultaneous connections to multiple stores and equipment, prioritizing repairs
* Identify and correct issues before they become major problems
* Work closely with field personnel to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Computer Networking or 2 years of related experience
* Specialized training in network communication, PC architecture, and application support
* Prior help desk experience preferred
Skill Requirements:
* Complete understanding of store networks, hardware, and software
* Ability to manage simultaneous connections to multiple stores and equipment
* Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
