The 2 nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing the workflow of up to 12 employees that pick orders for shipping. The Supervisor monitors workflow and completed tasks in real time to assign and clear all shipping orders for the day. Experience in a distribution warehouse and using an ERP software to pull reports are critical components of this position. This location supports 22 store branches and the 2 nd shift hours are 3P to 11:30P Monday to Friday with recurring overtime.
Steel toe boots are required.
Responsibilities
Position requires an associate’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. For success, the 2 nd Shift Supervisor must be a team player, willing to take on additional tasks, organized and detail oriented. Must be courteous, professional, responsive to customer and sales staff, confidential, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate experience in a leadership role, supervising more than 5 employees
- Supervising up to 11 warehouse employees focused on outbound order selection
- Ensure the total production is accurate and shipped out daily
- Responsible for the inventory control and security of inventory during working hours
- Partner with Shipping Supervisor to coordinate & assign production schedule
- Leverage ERP software (MS365 Dynamics) to monitor & adjust warehouse productivity levels
